Can I modify the look-and-feel of the programs?
Yes. Our scripts allow you to modify the headers and footers to make them fit right into your website.

Can I install the scripts I purchase on more than one domain or website?
No. Each licensed purchase grants you permission to install the script on only one website/domain. Additionally, you can not install a script on multiple subdomains of a domain without purchasing a license for each installation.

Can I upgrade the script I purchased for free?
Yes. Each purchase entitles you to free upgrades for 1 full year.

Can I transfer my license to another person?
You may transfer the license only with the sale or transfer of the domain/website that the script is licensed to be used. You may not transfer the license to be used on a different domain/website.

What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of our programs we do not offer any refunds. If you are having problems with your script please use one of our support methods to get the problem resolved. We will work with you to ensure your script runs properly on your hosting environment.

Do you offer discounts for web designers?
Please contact our sales department with your request. We will be happy to work out a deal to our mutual benefit.

Can I modify the source code?
Our scripts are encoded with the Zend encoder to protect our intelectual property rights. This will prevent you from viewing or updating the key parts of the code. Some of our scripts do have certain areas that are accessible and can be modified. Our scripts allow you to easily modify the headers and footers to match the look-and-feel of your website.
